Yes. Most of the sites I look after were built by someone else. As long as it’s WordPress, I’ll take a look first and tell you honestly what shape it’s in.
What if an update breaks something?
That’s exactly why updates aren’t left to chance. I check the site afterwards, and if something’s broken I roll it back from a backup and sort it out.
Do I have to move my hosting?
Hosting is included in a care plan, and having everything in one place makes it easier to look after. If there’s a good reason to stay where you are, we can talk about it.
What counts as an hour of changes?
Things like updating text and photos, adding a page or a team member, or tweaking a form. If something needs more than that, I’ll let you know before I start.
My site’s been hacked. Can you help?
Yes. I’ll clean it up, restore anything that’s missing, and put proper security in place so it doesn’t happen again. You don’t need to be on a care plan first.
Do you only work with WordPress?
For ongoing care, yes. If you’re on something else, get in touch anyway and I’ll tell you what your options are.
